A saved card or bank account settles invoices on their due date and saves typing at checkout. The details are stored by the payment gateway, not by us.
Add a payment method
- Open Billing › Payment Methods.
- Choose Add New Credit Card or Add New Bank Account.
- Enter the details in the gateway's form and give the method a name you will recognise.
- Tick Set as default if this is the one to use automatically.
Change the default
Every method has a Set as default action. Only the default is charged automatically; the others are offered as a choice when you pay by hand.
Remove a method
Use Delete on the method. A method attached to an active subscription cannot be removed until another default is set.
Cards that expire
We email you before a saved card expires. Add the replacement card first, set it as default, then delete the old one.
