From the store to a running service in four short steps, with a check at the end so you know it worked.
Before you start
- An account - Register from the sign-in page if you do not have one yet.
- A payment method, or bank details if you prefer to pay by transfer.
Open the store
Choose Store from the menu. Plans are grouped; open a group to compare what each plan includes.
Choose a plan and a billing cycle
Click Choose on the plan you want, then pick a cycle. Longer cycles are cheaper per month and are invoiced in one go.
Review and pay
The cart shows the plan, the cycle and the first invoice. Pick a payment method and click Complete Order. A card payment is confirmed at once; a bank transfer activates the service when the money arrives.
Find your service
Open Services. The new service is listed with its status, next due date and a Manage button.
Result
The service shows as Active and the first invoice as Paid. If either says Pending, the payment is still on its way - see Payment declined: what to check if it stays that way.
